This is why Ibasho is so close to our hearts it's about building safe homes for the ones who raised us. Role Overview The Home Transformation Lead is the heart of Ibasho's on-ground execution. You will own the end-to-end journey of a home transformationfrom first assessment to final handoverensuring every home is safer, more accessible, and thoughtfully adapted to a senior's needs. This role blends empathy, project management, design sensibility, and field execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Home Assessments & Solution Planning - Visit senior homes to assess safety, accessibility, and mobility risks - Understand the senior's lifestyle, health conditions, and emotional needs - Recommend practical, customized transformation solutions (bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, lighting, mobility aids, etc.) 2. Project Ownership (End-to-End) - Plan and manage home transformation projects from start to finish - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and technicians - Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met - Be the single point of accountability for each home 3. Senior & Family Experience - Build trust with seniors and their families through clear communication - Explain solutions patiently and compassionately - Ensure minimal disruption and maximum comfort during execution - Deliver a warm, respectful, and dignified experience 4. Quality & Safety Excellence - Ensure all modifications follow Ibasho's safety and accessibility standards - Oversee installation quality and final safety checks - Flag risks early and resolve issues proactively 5. Vendor & Partner Management - Identify, onboard, and manage reliable local vendors and contractors - Maintain quality benchmarks and cost discipline - Create repeatable processes for faster, scalable transformations 6.
