Location: Bengaluru Position: Brand Services Executive This is a full-time from-office role in Bangalore for a Brand Services Executive (2-3 years experience). Key responsibilities for this role include managing client relationships, managing creative operations for ATL, BTL, Packaging design projects, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media handles and working collaboratively with the wider creative team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as an interest in growing into a client facing role. Your Responsibilities: - Liaise between the agency and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. - Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations for communication initiatives. - Develop creative briefs and campaign plans. - Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance and key metrics. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project flow. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Preparing and managing social media creative development along with any other marketing materials. - Experience working in a mainline creative agency is preferred but not required. - Manage billing and collections on your brands.
