Where you will make an impact You will join one of the work clusters below: Planning You support the early thinking behind a project. You work on pursuit modeling, logistics planning, visual planning, and production tracking. You help teams win work and plan it right. Costing You bring cost certainty to the pursuit and preconstruction. You work on parametric estimates, quantity take-offs, budgeting, bid management, and variance tracking. You help create a reliable cost foundation for execution. Building Services and Reality Capture You translate MEPF design into construction-ready models. You guide coordination, prepare field deliverables, run constructability reviews, and capture as-built conditions using reality capture workflows. Architectural and Structural You convert architectural and structural design intent into buildable models. You work on model authoring, constructability reviews, coordination, and field deliverables that help teams resolve issues early. Operations You support day-to-day project execution. You manage models, track changes, review documents, and coordinate with project teams to protect the plan and ensure smooth closeout. A day in this role You collaborate with project engineers, superintendents, planners, and project managers. You review drawings, run models, track changes, and help teams identify risks before they become issues. You support the pursuit, design, and execution phases with accurate information. You make it easier for the field to build the project right the first time. What you should bring • B.E./ B.Tech., or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Basic understanding of BIM coordination, project management, change management, or constructability • A solid grasp of how a project moves from preconstruction to handover • Working knowledge of tools like Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, or Civil 3D What will make your profile stand out • Hands-on experience with BIM coordination or model-based workflows • Exposure to construction planning, costing, or project controls • Strong fundamentals in reading drawings and construction documents • Practical work with clash detection, modeling, or coordination support • Internships or projects related to digital construction, reality capture, or automation • Any self-driven project or real-world problem you have solved About Virtual Builder Group The Virtual Builder Group works as an integrated partner with general contractors and subcontractors across the full construction lifecycle.
