Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver innovative and functional design solutions. - Design concepts, layouts, and detailing for various projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations. - Mentor and guide the design team to ensure high-quality output and professional development. - Manage workflows, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance to meet deadlines. - Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project budgets for accuracy and efficiency. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure design integrity and adherence to project specifications. - Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address feedback. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction. - Ensure all design deliverables meet the company's quality standards and align with brand aesthetics. - Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong expertise in creating BOQs, managing design workflows, and delivering client presentations. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools. Preferred Skills: - Experience with luxury or high-end residential/commercial interiors. - Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design practices. - Strong understanding of project costing and budgeting
