What you will do/: maintaining and expanding a portfolio of current clients, guaranteeing excellent customer satisfaction, responding to technical and logistical questions, and obtaining new projects and follow/-on orders. proactively locating and pursuing new sales prospects within designated market segments or territories, with an emphasis on Tier 1 and high/-potential OEM accounts that complement our core skills. presenting the entire range of services offered by the business with a technical grasp that takes into account the unique application needs of the client. collaborating with the estimating, engineering, and finance departments to prepare and negotiate competitive estimates and contracts in order to guarantee customer value and business profitability. supplying frequent projections and performance reports, as well as keeping precise records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions within the CRM system.
