Job Description HR Head Priyagold (CTC:50,00,000) Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 1218 years Industry: FMCG (Mandatory) About Priyagold Priyagold is one of India's leading FMCG companies with a rich legacy, a nationwide manufacturing footprint, and a strong presence across categories. As we scale towards the next phase of growth, we are hiring our first-ever HR Head to build a modern, technology-driven HR function from the ground up. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR leader who has built HR systems, processes, policies, and digital infrastructure from scratchpreferably in a traditional or family-run FMCG environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming Priyagold into a structured, process-led organisation while ensuring cultural alignment and business agility. Key Responsibilities1. Build the HR Function from Ground Zero - Set up the entire HR department, systems, and processes across corporate, factories, and sales teams. - Create the HR organisation structure, hiring plan, process flows, governance model, and SOPs. 2. HR Policies & Governance - Develop comprehensive HR policies for: - Corporate office - Manufacturing units - Sales teams (FMCG route-to-market specific) - Design SOPs for every HR workflow: leave, attendance, onboarding, exits, disciplinary processes, grievance redressal, etc. - Implement robust compliance across labour laws, audits, and statutory requirements. 3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Build high-quality recruiting processes from scratch. - Lead end-to-end hiring across all levels including field sales, factory manpower, corporate, and leadership positions. - Create talent pipelines for sales, manufacturing, operations, and management roles. 4. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits - Set up and manage payroll systems, salary structures, and CTC frameworks. - Oversee monthly salary processing, PF/ESI compliance, variable pay, and incentive structures. - Design competitive C&B plans aligned with FMCG benchmarks. 5. FMCG Sales HR Expertise (Mandatory) - Create sales-specific HR policies for: - Attendance tracking - Daily field reporting - Monthly targets - Travel norms & reimbursements - KRAs & KPIs - Build performance-linked incentive systems for sales teams. 6. HR Digitisation & HRMS Implementation - Lead the selection and end-to-end implementation of HRMS/HR tech tools. - Digitise all HR processesattendance, payroll, onboarding, performance management. - Ensure integration with ERP/SAP and sales reporting tools where required. 7. Cultural Transformation & Change Management - Bring structure to a large traditional family-run business while maintaining cultural values. - Drive mindset shift towards a modern, process-driven, data-backed HR culture. - Train leaders and teams on HR processes, performance systems, and behavioural norms. 8. Performance Management & Learning - Build the KRA/KPI framework for all roles across sales, factory, and corporate. - Establish performance review cycles and goal-setting mechanisms. - Develop capability-building and training programs. 9. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle - Oversee onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary processes, and employee relations. - Implement manpower planning, attendance management, and factory HR operations. Candidate ProfileMust-Have Competencies - Experience in FMCG industry HR (mandatory). - Proven track record of building HR departments from scratch. - Strong experience in: - Policy creation - SOP building - HRMS implementation - Payroll & compliance - Sales HR in FMCG (attendance, KPIs, incentives) - Ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic, family-owned business environment. - Strong understanding of HR automation, digitisation, and HR analytics. - Hands-on approach with the ability to scale teams and processes quickly. Preferred Attributes - High ownership & execution mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management (founders, leadership, sales heads, factory teams). - Strong communication & cultural sensitivity. - Ability to streamline unstructured systems and create governance.
