Academic Planning and Curriculum Implementation - Assist the Principal in preparing and executing the school's academic calendar. - Ensure that CBSE curriculum, syllabus, and learning outcomes are properly implemented. - Coordinate lesson planning, distribution of syllabus, and subject integration. - Introduce innovative teaching strategies such as activity-based, experiential, and competency-based learning. - Monitor lesson completion and teaching effectiveness across departments. 2. Supervision of Teaching and Learning - Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers. - Evaluate the quality of teaching, classroom management, and student participation. - Support teachers in designing learning resources and integrating technology into lessons. - Identify underperforming areas and arrange remedial academic interventions. 3. Examinations and Assessments - Plan, organize, and monitor internal assessments and CBSE board examinations. - Ensure uniformity, fairness, and confidentiality in the assessment process. - Oversee the timely preparation of question papers, evaluation work, and result compilation. - Analyze examination results and guide teachers for academic improvement. - Maintain all examination-related documentation as per CBSE norms. 4.
