Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring motivated and customer-oriented individuals for our BPO Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries, concerns, and providing excellent support through phone, chat, or email.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of BPO operations and customer service protocols.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
