If youāre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves networking, and has a knack for finding the perfect match between talent and opportunity ā this role is for you Weāre expanding our team and looking for passionate and experienced IT Recruiters who can take ownership and deliver excellence across various domains. šÆ What Weāre Looking For: - Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends. - Hands-on expertise with C2H IT Recruitment - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate). - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search - Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. - Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closure. - Assess candidatesā technical and cultural fit for the organization. - Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis. š¬ Why Join CoreTek Labs CoreTek Labs is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
