Role - Stores Executive We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual who can take charge of stores executive The ideal candidate should be able to track material movement maintain records and ensure smooth flow of materials between suppliers stores and production units This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and willing to grow through consistent performance and ownership Key Responsibilities Stores Management Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials semi-finished goods and finished goods Regularly update stock registers and reconcile with physical stock Ensure proper labeling stacking and housekeeping in stores Outsourcing Coordination Manage materials being sent out for outsourcing and track their return Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely job completion and material receipt Prepare delivery challans and inward receipts Supplier Material Handling Check materials received from suppliers against purchase orders and delivery challans Ensure quality and quantity verification before accepting goods Manage and file supplier invoices and delivery documents Bill Payment Coordination Verify supplier bills for accuracy before passing them for approval Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments Maintain records of payment status and pending bills Logistics Lorry Coordination Arrange and track lorry dispatches for materials and finished goods Maintain coordination with drivers transporters and customers for smooth logistics Handle basic documentation related to material dispatch Candidate Requirements Qualification Diploma ITI B E Any Degree Experience 0-2 years Freshers with good learning attitude may apply Skills Required Basic knowledge of store and material management Familiarity with inventory systems MS Excel Tally preferred Ability to handle suppliers and transport coordination Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proactive disciplined and reliable in times of urgency Career Growth Candidates who show Strong commitment Ownership of responsibilities and Ability to handle crisis situations effectively will be groomed Work Environment Based in our Salem facility 6-day work week Mon-Sat Supportive team culture with long-term growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
