Job Description

- Development manager, TPF/GCP, Ticketing
- Oversee the delivery of IT projects and services to ensure they meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management or delivery management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Scrum Master Certification a plus.
- Familiar with Project Management and planning tools like jira and Rally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment.
