Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial accounting reporting taxation and compliance for our operations The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GST return filing and GST reconciliation Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Maintain accurate financial records purchase invoices and sales reports Oversee stock-keeping and inventory valuation to ensure proper financial tracking Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports 2 Taxation Compliance Handle LUT Letter of Undertaking preparation and tax filing for export operations Ensure timely GST return filing and input GST reconciliation mandatory skill Submit financial reports to the Rubber Board and other regulatory authorities 3 Accounts Payable Receivable Monitor balances for export and domestic transactions Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments 4 Financial Audits Controls Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements Maintain financial accuracy and adherence to regulations Assist in developing financial controls and risk management strategies 5 Reporting Documentation Prepare regular reports for the Finance Head or Directors Maintain proper documentation of invoices and related records Stay in constant communication with the Finance Head via email or meetings regarding financial updates Requirements Proven experience as an Accountant preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented businesses Strong expertise in GST return filing and GST reconciliation must-have Working knowledge of TDS income tax and other statutory compliances Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Schedule Day shift Application Question s Will you able to reliably commute or relocate to Changanacherry Kerala for this job Yes or No Have you done liaison work with Banks and CA firms Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 3 years Required Language English Required Location Changanacherry Kerala Required Work Location In person
