About the Company Growexx is seeking a highly analytical Senior Product Owner who will be the interface between product management and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements, captured as stories in the Agile Framework. Responsibilities - Develop user journeys, mind maps, and process flows to enhance user experiences. - Create clear and concise user stories using INVEST techniques for effective communication. - Demonstrate expertise across diverse domains such as l, 3PL, warehousing, logistics etc. - Proficient in modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with customer requirements. - Lead agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation using Agile estimation techniques. - Define user acceptance criteria, utilizing methodologies like Gherkin scripts for clarity. - Document user requirements, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and technical specifications accurately and comprehensively. - Proactively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with peers to define and implement best practices. - Provide insights to HR and management for organizational enhancement, fostering a culture of innovation and performance improvement. Qualifications - B.Tech / B.E. with 8+ years of relevant experience, specifically working on product enhancement in B2B products. - Has worked on Enterprise level project with an international client. - Proven experience working on enterprise-level projects with international clients. Required Skills - Deep understanding of User Experience Design best practices, especially in product enhancement. - Exceptional ability to simplify abstract concepts and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Skilled in breaking down complex goals into smaller, actionable steps for continuous product enhancement. - High-level logical reasoning and analytical skills to make informed product decisions. - Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams. - High attention to detail to ensure product consistency and quality. Preferred Skills - Strong customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering value through product enhancements. - Demonstrated ownership and accountability for product enhancements. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make informed trade-off decisions. - Ability to critique own work and continuously improve based on feedback. - Positive and solutions-oriented mindset, always seeking opportunities for product innovation and improvement. - Positive and cheerful outlook in life.
