Position Summary
As a Population Reconciliation Senior Specialist at LSEG, you will be responsible for operating controls across LSEG's upstream and downstream Permissioning, CRM and Billing systems while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of population data. Your work will directly with KYC, AML, and compliance processes by ensuring high-quality, reliable data is available for operational and regulatory use
Role Responsibilities
- Lead sophisticated reconciliation initiatives across systems, including permissioning platforms, CRM, and billing systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Direct structured root cause analysis to resolve data discrepancies, collaborating optimally with multi-functional collaborators.
- Lead all aspects of data transformation and manipulation efforts to enable accurate reconciliation, informative reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Drive the development and improvement of dashboards, reports, and audit trails to monitor data quality and completeness.
- Ensure robust data governance throughout the client lifecyclefrom onboarding to periodic reviews and offboardingaligning with regulatory and operational standards.
- Architect and implement data governance frameworks and reconciliation controls that reinforce data integrity and support strategic compliance goals.
- Champion alignment to internal SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs, encouraging a culture of operational excellence and precision in data management.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability in data reconciliation, data quality assurance, or operational risk management, preferably in a financial services or compliance environment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and QlikView.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Permissioning platforms and billing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work optimally across teams
