Responsible for implementation of plans with respect to Facilities Management, Travel Services, workspace resources and related support and administration services to the business and Managing team in employee transportation vertical across 24/7 ensuring seamless operations, safer commute and adopting digitalization initiatives. This is a tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the operating plans based on the business strategy, with an impact on day-to-day management of business operations.

Responsibilities:

Facility operations

Oversee all facility and workplace management related activities.
Managing the physical security operations. Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Manage end to end Employee transportation services ensuring safe and seamless operations.
Manage and review service contracts. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management and travel.
Handling hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements, Awards ceremony, and large conferences
Liaison with various statutory authorities like customs, Local Police, Telephone Department, Transport Department etc. for obtaining approvals/ clearances.
Ensure procurement and project management activities related to CAPEX office build-out and/or move projects.
Developing and coordinating procedures to improve the cost efficiency to drive cost management activities and savings.
Management of Electrical power and HAV to include- electricity contract demand management, Validation of power purchase agreements, power expansion and load enhancement as per network growth.
timely lease payment, lease negotiations and renewals, lease audits and disputes, sublet of unused space, leasing of own extra space, etc.
Managing client visits and Event management.
Knowledge on Real estate and property management.

Managing transport operations:

1.Well-versed in managing team on transportation operations.

2. In depth knowledge on automation of transport operations, Automation & Sustainability projects.
3. Deep understanding of service orientation and quality focus, Facilitation skills, project management skills, project implementation and monitoring.

4.Knowledge on ISO standards, any certifications will be a added advantage.
5.Sound understanding of corporate travel industry and the trends.
6. Sound Technical Knowledge on Audit and Safety related certifications.

7.Drive Sustainability drive which contributes towards sustainable and go-green operations aligning to CSG mandate.
8.Awareness on ISO audit standards on EHS, EMS and OSHMS certifications aligning to business and corporate certifications.
9.Driving a team comprising of on roll and off roll members towards improving the productivity and towards achieving the desired goals.

Desired Skill sets

Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
In depth knowledge of organizing, evaluating, and managing security equipment, CCTV, Access Control Alarm systems, Monitoring of alarms and remote use of CCTV systems.
Deep understanding of service orientation and quality focus, Facilitation skills, project management skills, project implementation and monitoring
Sound understanding of corporate travel industry and the trends.
Sound Technical Knowledge of Physical Security Systems.
Good knowledge and understanding of Air-conditioning, power and fire suppression systems and associated Building Management Systems.
