Job Description About Delhivery Delhivery is India's largest fully integrated logistics services provider. With its nationwide network covering over 18,600 pin codes, the company provides a full suite of logistics services such as express parcel transportation, PTL freight, TL freight, cross-border, supply chain, and technology services to Businesses of all sizes as well as consumers. We are now looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a Growth Manager who can develop and execute plans to increase our customer base, orchestrate the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and demonstrate revenue growth. Position Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager at Delhivery, you will play a key role in the execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign strategies to life, while also analysing the effectiveness of these campaigns to optimize for efficiency and scale. This role will provide you with a hands-on opportunity to develop your digital marketing execution skills, gain experience in data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the growth of our brand in the competitive logistics market. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads and Meta. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, gathering data from various sources to assess campaign effectiveness. - Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, measure LTV/CAC, and draw actionable insights that will inform future marketing strategies. - Content Coordination: Work with the creative team to ensure that all marketing content is aligned with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the business, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing activities. - Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to support campaign development and refinement. Qualifications: - Work experience : At least 2-3+ years of relevant work experience handling performance marketing campaigns for consumer internet organizations - Educational Background: Should have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. - Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions to optimise campaign performance. - Technical Proficiency: Strong executional skills and understanding of marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Programmatic Media platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey ideas clearly. - Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
