Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Delhi, India. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their financial needs, promoting products effectively, achieving sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities also include providing detailed product knowledge, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to promote a positive and customer-focused shopping environment. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of products and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively to customers - Proficiency in retail sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and address queries efficiently - Customer service skills to ensure satisfying and tailored support for customer needs - Experience in sales and the ability to build lasting customer relationships - A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to on-site job requirements - Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to go the extra mile for customers
