The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega version 7.x, performance tuning, and integration protocols, preferably within the telecom domain. What You'll Do - Implement technical designs created by Lead System Architects using Pega PRPC 7.2. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and support. - Ensure compliance with Pega development guardrails and best practices. - Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements. - Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Pega applications. - Support integration with CTI systems such as Genesys and PegaCall. - Apply general IT skills including Java, Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL, and WebLogic. Who You Are - Certified Pega Senior System Architect with 56 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrated success in implementing Pega applications from design to production. - Strong understanding of Pega design principles, class structures, UI, agents, and integrations. - Experience in greenfield projects and performance optimisation. - Familiarity with telecom domain and CTI integrations is advantageous. - Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
