Huron is redefining what a global consulting organization can be Advancing new ideas every day to build even stronger clients individuals and communities Were helping our clients find new ways to drive growth enhance business performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve And were developing strategies and implementing solutions that enable the transformative change they need to own their future As a member of the Huron corporate team youll help to evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces industry trends and client needs Our accounting finance human resources IT legal marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Hurons collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results Join our team and create your future As a Cloud Platform Engineer you will work closely with data architects engineering leads and stakeholders across cross-functional teams to build scalable data solutions and pipelines in cloud environments This position requires hands-on experience in data engineering tools and technologies cloud service providers and exposure to CI CD practices You will play a key role in designing and optimizing data workflows working with modern data formats and processing frameworks This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the teams located in the US Canada and India We are looking for someone who is passionate about data demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment You should be comfortable working with large datasets distributed data processing engines and modern cloud-based data services Requirements 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a related field Proficient in Python SQL and PySpark for building and optimizing data pipelines Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP and services like S3 Redshift Glue and EMR Strong understanding of data lake data warehouse and distributed data processing concepts Exposure to CI CD tools Azure DevOps GitHub Actions and version control systems like Git Ability to work with structured semi-structured and unstructured data sources Strong problem-solving skills self-motivation and effective team collaboration in Agile environments Preferences Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or AWS Step Functions Familiarity with containerized environments Docker ECS EKS and RESTful APIs Working knowledge of Apache Iceberg and OLTP analytical databases like PostgreSQL Oracle Redshift or Snowflake Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Previous work in consulting analytics or platform teams with a product mindset Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery practices Cloud certifications AWS Azure GCP are a plus but not mandatory Position Level Senior AnalystCountry India
