Location : WFO Branches : Dehradun Designation : Assistant Manager The charter for this role will include : - Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas) - He/She will also be expected to drive the process, lead in-flow, marketing plans and customer experience for their specific city - Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team - Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey - Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors - Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings - Report & Data Management - Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets - Pipeline forecast & Management - Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors Ideal Persona would : - The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory) - In-depth knowledge of UK - 4-5 Years of experience in study abroad - Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines - Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences - Experience in working with CRMs is desirable. - Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred) - Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools. - Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
