Job Description Job Title : Zoho Books Accountant (Functional Consultant) Job Type : Full-Time / Contract Experience : 3-8 Years Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid) Responsibilities - Configure, customize, and implement Zoho Books as per the client's business needs. - Manage full accounting setup, including the Chart of Accounts, GST, TDS, and compliance reports. - Analyze existing financial workflows and recommend process improvements within Zoho Books. - Collaborate with clients to automate reports, invoice flows, and reconciliation processes. - Work closely with technical teams for integrations with other Zoho and third-party applications. - Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. - Apply strong accounting knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, etc.) to ensure data accuracy. - Leverage experience with India-specific accounting standards and statutory requirements. - Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Exposure to multiple Zoho modules (CRM, Inventory, Expense) and Zoho Certification will be an added advantage. Qualification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
