Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to lead our DevOps teams and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. About the Role: Reporting to: AGM Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Development - Project Management - Technical Oversight - Innovation & Strategy Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: 5+ years in technical role (software development, IT) and 2+ years in managerial capacity. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management tools (Jira). - Working knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern tech stacks. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Background in project efforts estimation and resource planning.
