Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective solutions are delivered to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Assist in creating business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus).
