Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have led a team. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reconciliation and will work closely with onshore stakeholders.

Responsibilities
.Manage internal and external stakeholders
.Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
.Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
.Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
.Build customer relationship, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
.Drive continuous improvement of processes to bring in efficiencies and process enhancements
.Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, robust risk and compliance adherence
.Manage and build high performing teams, retention of workforce, Reward and Recognition of team members, cross skilling and support team members in coaching / mentoring, career progression etc
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
.Candidate with B.Com degree
.Meaningful work experience

Preferred qualifications
.Candidates with CA Inter degree & Meaningful work experience in General Ledger
.Very good written and verbal communication skills
.Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
.Scope for working under different ERP packages - PeopleSoft & SAP
