Role Accountability - Define Enterprise Architecture for all non mainframe applications of SBI Card IT landscape - Interact with business & technology stakeholders to understand the current and future state application architecture - Perform gap analysis between as is and to be architecture states and find out improvement opportunities - Identify the solution building blocks from the gaps and identify possible technology solutions - Perform a make vs. buy vs. reuse decision in defining the solution architecture - Review and sign off the HLD (High Level Design ) and LLD (Low level design document) prepared by solution architects - Lead Architecture Change Management during the project execution - Provide guidance from an Enterprise Architecture stand point to the Program Management team and ensure appropriate governance controls are in place for timely and error free delivery - Oversee adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines Measures of Success - Voice of customer from stakeholders - Number of projects delivered with First Time Right - Serviceability and uptime of applications as per defined SLAs - Timely and error free delivery of IT Strategic Programs - Timely and accurate updation of process documentation - Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications - Technical maturity of Non Mainframe / Web based application skills - Spring Boot Microservices, APIs, Apache Camel based middleware's - Technical maturity of Mobile Application Development Platforms - Cordova, Phonegap, Ionic, React Native - Java, J2EE, Netflix OSS microservices Frameworks - API (Rest) and Web Services (SOAP) - Service exposure and consumption - Knowledge of Hadoop based data lake platforms will be of added advantage - Knowledge of DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube - Knowledge of Databases and SQLs (Non-Administration) - Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL Competencies critical to the role - Analytical ability - Stakeholder Management - Problem Solving - Verbal and Written Communication Qualification B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent technical degree Preferred Industry Credit Cards / NBFC/BFSI/Financial domain
