The role involves executing carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, and installing wooden structures, furniture, panels, and fixtures using CenturyPly products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in carpentry work and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities - Perform carpentry tasks such as cutting, shaping, and installing plywood, boards, panels, doors, and frames. - Read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications. - Install cabinets, wardrobes, modular furniture, partitions, and other wood-based fixtures. - Ensure precise measurement and high-quality finishing in all carpentry tasks. - Use carpentry tools and machinery safely, including saws, drills, cutters, grinders, and hand tools. - Conduct repairs, maintenance, and modifications of existing wooden structures. - Work closely with site supervisors, interior designers, and project managers. - Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage of plywood and other materials. - Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite as per company standards. Skills & Competencies - Strong carpentry and finishing skills. - Ability to read and follow drawings and measurements accurately. - Knowledge of different types of plywood, MDF, particle boards, laminates, and other wood products. - Good understanding of carpentry tools and equipment. Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 25 years of experience in carpentry or related field. - ITI / Vocational certification in Carpentry (preferred). - Experience in modular furniture, interior fit-out, or construction projects is an added advantage.
