Role Description Frikly is seeking a Field Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining a strong customer service relationship, and achieving sales targets. This role involves building rapport with potential clients, demonstrating Frikly's offerings, and supporting sales operations to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively convey the value of our products and engage with clients. - Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and close opportunities effectively. - Knowledge of Sales Operations processes for seamless execution of sales strategies. - Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in the interior materials or dcor industry is a plus.
