Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes job posting screening scheduling interviews and onboarding Prepare offer letters appointment letters and maintain employee records Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth induction 2 Employee Engagement Relations Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances in a timely and professional manner Organize employee engagement programs events and recognition initiatives Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends 3 Attendance Leave Payroll Support Monitor attendance leave and time management systems Coordinate with the accounts payroll team for salary processing and related documentation Maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately 4 Performance Management Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems Support departmental heads in evaluating and documenting employee performance Follow up on performance improvement plans where necessary 5 HR Administration Compliance Maintain employee files HR database and ensure confidentiality Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements ESI PF Gratuity etc Prepare HR-related reports and maintain documentation for audits 6 Training Development Coordinate internal and external training programs Maintain training records and assess post-training effectiveness Key Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge of HR practices labor laws and statutory compliance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems HRMS Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
