Job Description At The Fresh Factory, we're redefining what clean eating and mindful eating look like in India. From our caf and cold-pressed bar to our integrated retail concept StockRoom, every detail reflects our belief that clean is cool, and honest food should be both beautiful and accessible. We're now looking for a dynamic Operations Head to help us scale this ecosystem someone who can combine structure with creativity, precision with empathy, and growth with integrity. Your Role: You'll oversee and optimize operations across our caf, retail, and supply chain verticals ensuring every process reflects The Fresh Factory's promise of quality, consistency, and excellence. This is a strategic leadership role that involves: - Leading day-to-day operations across multiple business units (Caf, StockRoom Retail, Kitchen, Warehouse) - Designing systems and SOPs that support scalability and operational efficiency - Working closely with department heads Finance, HR, Purchase, Marketing, and Kitchen to align goals and performance metrics - Managing budgets, cost efficiency, and vendor partnerships - Driving accountability, team culture, and continuous improvement - Supporting new store openings and operational readiness for The Fresh Factory Bangalore and future expansion projects You Are: - A seasoned operations leader with 815 years of experience (F&B / Retail / Hospitality preferred) - Obsessed with clean, structured systems and exceptional customer experience - A strategic thinker who can execute with precision - Experienced in multi-unit operations, vendor management, and team leadership - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving brand that values creativity and excellence in equal measure Why Join Us: You'll be part of a movement that's changing how India eats and shops building a brand ecosystem that's honest, modern, and built to scale nationally. - If you want your work to have real impact and to grow with a brand that's setting new benchmarks in clean eating and conscious retail we'd love to meet you.
