Key Responsibilities - Administer Windows Server (2003-2022) and Active Directory environments. - Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. - Oversee server patching, health monitoring, and performance optimization. - Utilize PowerShell for automation and task orchestration. - Support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure as needed. - Create and maintain documentation, including KBs and SOPs. - Provide incident management for P1/P2 issues and customer communication. Required Skills and Experience - Strong experience with Windows Server administration and clustering. - Proficiency with Active Directory and virtualization technologies. - Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and PaaS solutions. - PowerShell scripting for automation and system configuration. - Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
