- Minimum 6 Months of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment

Job Description:

We are actively looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing US IT Recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-paced organization catering to clients across the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions based on client requirements
- Work on different job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Follow up with candidates from interview scheduling through onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements:

- Prior experience in US IT Recruitment (contract staffing preferred)
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools, job portals, and ATS
- Understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.) is a plus
