Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and performing various administrative duties. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
