The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing and branding needs into visually compelling designs. You will play a key role in creating graphics for digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Key Responsibilities - Design a variety of marketing materials including YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, infographics, and digital ads. - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs. - Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. - Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or equivalent tools). - Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design platforms is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. - Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
