Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer | Linux RHCSA L2 Admin | 10+ Years Experience | Ahmedabad

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to manage and coordinate our NOC team. The role focuses on incident management, ensuring SLA compliance, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

- Advanced Linux troubleshooting and expertise with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, SaltStack, StackStorm).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Sensu, Zabbix).
- Basic log analytics experience (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Sumo Logic).
- Observability tools knowledge (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with switch configuration and packet-level troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with OEMs (Juniper, Cisco).
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).

Good to Have:

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Relevant certifications (RHCSA, CCNA, CCNP).
