Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on operational planning and logistics coordination. - Strong literacy with office productivity and project management software tools. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Capable of working onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with a flexible approach to working hours. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and streamline work processes. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage operations within budget constraints. - Provide exceptional customer service through direct interactions and by supporting customer-facing teams. - Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions to enhance service delivery. - Manage logistics coordination and serve as the main point of contact for supply chain matters. - Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain a safe working environment.
