Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration and data analytics projects, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including data engineers, analysts, business analysts, and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data migration and analytics strategies.
- Oversee the execution of data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), while ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.
- Manage the integration of data from multiple sources and ensure consistency across systems.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments, progress reports, and any necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Lead post-project evaluations and facilitate lessons learned sessions to improve future project delivery.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate, actionable, and insightful data analytics solutions, driving business intelligence and decision-making.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data migration and analytics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing data migration and data analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data migration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data cleansing, and data integration.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for data migration (SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)) and data analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflakes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data security.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
