In collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramoday University, we offer specialized programs in aviation, drone operations, and hospitality management. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head – Marketing, Outreach & Student Acquisition to lead our marketing and lead generation initiatives. - Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Google Ads) to drive student leads. - Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, school outreach programs, and workshops to boost brand visibility. - Promotional Classes in Schools: Coordinate and execute school/college-level promotional classes and awareness drives for admissions. - Lead Generation & Data Management: Build and manage an efficient system for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting. Oversee the data collection and tele-calling team. - Counsellor & Agent Network Development: Build, manage, and expand a strong network of admission counsellors, education consultants, and agents across the region. - Branding & Outreach: Ensure consistent branding across digital and offline campaigns, events, and local promotions. - Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to design innovative student acquisition strategies. - Reporting & Analysis: Present weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI, admission funnels, and outreach impact to the management. - Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or education industry outreach (aviation/education sector preferred). - Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, campaigns, and analytics. - Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills. - Ability to manage events, teams, and partnerships simultaneously. - Target-driven with a growth-oriented mindset. - What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance incentives. - Opportunity to lead marketing at a pioneering aviation academy. - Work environment that values innovation, growth, and leadership. - Chance to contribute to shaping the aviation & hospitality training ecosystem in India.
