Job Description Position Title: Project Management Mentor (Freelance / Part-time) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us as a mentor on a freelance basis. The mentor will guide our project teams through best practices in project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role involves conducting interactive sessions, reviewing project progress, and helping the team strengthen its project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct mentoring or training sessions on project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) - Provide guidance on project planning, scheduling, and execution strategies - Review ongoing projects and suggest improvements for efficiency and delivery quality - Help team members build project management skills, tools, and documentation practices - Offer strategic advice on risk management, stakeholder handling, and performance metrics - Collaborate remotely with internal teams to review and align project goals - Share real-world insights and case-based learning to enhance team understanding Qualifications: - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or Project Management Consultant - Strong understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and stakeholder management - Excellent communication, mentoring, and analytical skills Engagement Type: Freelance / Part-time (Project-based or Hourly sessions) Location: Remote / Online sessions Duration: As per project or mentoring agreement
