Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow DevelopmentCustomization:

Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.

Configure and enhance ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD modules using best practices.

AIAgentic AI Implementation:

Develop AIdriven workflow automation using Agentic AI models for selflearning and decision-making

Implement AI-powered virtual agents and chatbots for ServiceNow Virtual Agent, NLU, and Generative AI integrations.

Integrate Machine Learning ML models into ServiceNow to enhance automation and predictive analytics.

IntegrationsAPI Development:

Work with REST, SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Integration Hub to connect with third-party AI and automation platforms.

Implement ServiceNow AI Search and Agent Assist features for improving knowledge management

Performance OptimizationSecurity:

Optimize ServiceNow instance performance, ensuring scalability and security compliance.

Develop low-codeno-code solutions while maintaining customization best practices.

Collaboration & Thought Leadership:

Work closely with business stakeholders, AI engineers, and IT teams to identify AI-driven use cases.

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on AI-first ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD

Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules

Knowledge of AIML tools (Agentic AI, Generative AI, NLP, OpenAI APIs)

Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Workflows

API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Application Developer (CAD) preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS AI Services, Azure AI)

Knowledge of Agentic AI principles & prompt engineering for AI-powered workflows
