Job Req ID 48676 Posting Date 15-July-2025 Function SAP Location Bangalore Salary Competitive Why this job matters We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Project Manager with 12-14 years of deep experience in leading full-cycle SAP implementations particularly in SAP FI Supply Chain Integration and Security The ideal candidate will also bring prior experience as an SAP Solution Architect with a strong ability to Configure and manage integration with non-SAP systems This role requires hands-on expertise across all project phases and strong capabilities in project governance cost control and stakeholder communication at the executive level What you ll be doing Manage and lead full SAP project lifecycles including As-Is analysis To-Be configure blueprinting build configuration testing UAT deployment and post-go-live support Serve as the technical lead and solution architect for SAP implementations and ensure seamless integration with non-SAP systems and third-party applications Drive solution plan reviews oversee patch level and system capacity evaluations and validate overall system readiness Collaborate closely with business stakeholders digital transformation teams and SI System Integrator partners to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility Track and manage project cost scope schedule and resource allocation ensuring delivery within budget and timeline Identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring smooth project execution Provide structured and transparent communication through regular updates to ExCo and senior leadership including project status risks and financials Maintain strong oversight of SAP security controls data governance and compliance standards across the project Support organizational change management user adoption and training initiatives in collaboration with business units Key Requirments 12-14 years of SAP project management experience with a successful track record in full-cycle SAP implementations Strong hands-on background as an SAP Solution Architect across modules such as FI MM SD or Supply Chain with deep understanding of business process mapping Proven experience with integration between SAP and non-SAP systems e g legacy platforms middleware APIs third-party applications Demonstrated ability to lead projects across multiple functional areas managing cross-functional teams vendors and SI partners Expertise in SAP system assessments including capacity planning performance tuning and patch version management Excellent project financial management skills -
