Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for the position of Maintenance Head. The Maintenance Head will oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. Daily responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance team members, diagnosing and addressing technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and managing inventory for necessary tools and spare parts. Qualifications - Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. - Experience in team management, including training and supervising maintenance staff. - Proficiency in creating and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. - Knowledge of workplace safety guidelines, compliance procedures, and equipment standards. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve facility issues promptly. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is strongly preferred. - Experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity, is highly desirable. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
