Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, conducting background checks, and collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications - Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders - Proficiency with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the technology or education sector is a plus
