Salon Manager - RP Mall Kollam Company Jaji s Innovation Pvt Ltd Location RP Mall Kollam Kerala Job Type Full-time About Us Jaji s Innovation Pvt Ltd is one of Kerala s leading names in the beauty and wellness industry with over 20 years of excellence and multiple outlets across the state Known for our creativity innovation and professionalism we operate premium unisex salons kids salons and beauty clinics under the trusted brand name Jaji s We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our RP Mall branch in Kollam Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client experience Lead motivate and manage the salon team to achieve sales and service targets Ensure adherence to company standards in hygiene service quality and customer care Handle appointment schedules client feedback and staff rosters Manage inventory product usage and vendor coordination Work closely with the Operations and HR teams on recruitment training and performance evaluations Drive marketing initiatives offers and collaborations for branch growth Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Salon Spa Beauty Industry preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Good communication in English and Malayalam Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in POS and salon management software experience with Zenoti is an added advantage What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and performance Opportunity to work with one of Kerala s most reputed salon brands Incentives training and career growth within the Jaji s Group Supportive and creative work environment Location Jaji s Innovation Unisex Beauty Salon RP Mall Kollam Timings 10 - 8 00 PM or 11 to 9 00pm Salary Based on experience Incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
