If you have strong accounting skills, hands-on experience in managing compliances, and enjoy leading client relationships — we’d love to meet you 🔹 What You’ll Do - Supervise day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS reports. - Maintain 100% compliance with statutory requirements under GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act. - Handle financial statement preparation and coordinate client audits. - Prepare and reconcile differences between year-end MIS and audited financial statements. - Discuss reconciliation adjustments with clients and obtain management sign-offs. - Respond proactively to client queries and ensure adherence to agreed TATs (Turnaround Times). 🔹 What We’re Looking For - CA (Final Dropout) with 4–6 years of experience in accounting and corporate compliances. - Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting under the Companies Act. - Prior experience working in or for manufacturing or trading companies. - Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and other ERP/accounting software. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage and lead teams effectively. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. 🌟 Why Join Perfect Accounting Join a client-focused, growing firm that values precision, ownership, and professional growth.
