Business Development Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the CRM software domain. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our CRM-based software solutions. If you have a strong background in IT sales and a passion for tech-driven customer engagement tools, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for our CRM software solutions.
Understand client requirements and present tailored CRM solutions to address their business needs.
Conduct product demos and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team as needed.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and networking.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM records for all leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments in the CRM/SaaS space.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align on strategy and client feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT/software industry.
Proven success in selling SaaS products or CRM solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
