Position - Supervisor Insecticides Location - Hubli Karnataka Local candidates are preferred only Work experience-1 to 3 Years as supervisor in insecticides Pesticides etc Candidates should have good English written oral communication skills Hindi Kannada language is required too Key Responsibilities Supervising Technicians Monitoring field activity providing support and ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards Enforcing Safety Regulations Ensuring proper pesticide application safe use of equipment sprayers etc and adherence to all relevant regulations Managing Team Performance Evaluating technician performance providing coaching and mentorship and identifying areas for improvement Customer Service Addressing customer complaints explaining pest control solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience Equipment and Inventory Management Overseeing the maintenance and proper use of equipment and ensuring adequate stock of pesticides and other necessary materials Record Keeping Maintaining accurate records of pest control services client interactions and pesticide usage Training and Onboarding Guiding new hires on company policies pest control procedures and safety protocols Compliance Ensuring all operations adhere to federal state and local regulations regarding pesticide application Reporting Providing regular reports to management on team performance pest activity and any other relevant information Integrated Pest Management IPM May be involved in implementing and monitoring IPM strategies to minimize pesticide use Quality Control Ensuring the quality of pest control services provided and adherence to established standards Troubleshooting Investigating and resolving complex pest infestations or other issues Communication Clearly communicating with technicians customers and management Skills and Qualifications Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is often required Technical Knowledge Understanding of pest control techniques pesticide application and safety protocols Management Skills Ability to lead motivate and manage a team effectively Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Regulatory Knowledge Familiarity with relevant federal state and local regulations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
