Our wedding vertical is ready to take flight, across destinations, cultures, and experiences and we are looking for a leader who can shape its next chapter. About the role You will be the creative and operational anchor, leading concept, client, and delivery across large-scale and destination weddings. You’ll also collaborate internally with our creative design, project management, and operations teams, ensuring that imagination and execution move in perfect sync. - 10+ years of experience in wedding planning / experiential events / luxury hospitality. - Strong creative sensibility and hands-on experience with mood boards and décor visualization. - Proven ability to handle multi-day destination weddings and manage high-profile clients. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, both internally and externally. - Financial understanding and experience managing project-level P&Ls. Responsibilities 🎨 Concept & Design - Build mood boards, creative decks, and design narratives that bring each couple’s story to life. - Collaborate with our in-house creative and décor teams to define themes, color palettes, and experiential journeys. - Stay inspired by global trends, from Santorini sunsets to Jaipur palaces and know how to adapt them with authenticity. 🌍 Destination & Client Management - Manage end-to-end wedding planning, from scouting venues to handling logistics and hospitality. - Lead client relationships with clarity, warmth, and confidence. - Coordinate with décor partners, entertainment curators, hospitality vendors, and production teams across multiple geographies. 👥 Internal Leadership - Work closely with the design, operations, and project management teams to ensure creative and executional harmony. - Lead internal reviews, brainstorms, and event planning sessions. - Mentor junior planners and set best practices for processes, creativity, and client handling. 💰 Financial & Business Ownership - Own the P&L for each wedding, driving both creative quality and financial efficiency. - Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, and profitability. - Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and destination collaborations to grow the vertical.
