Roles And Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the school's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data. - Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime. - Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates to software and hardware components. - Collaborate with educational staff to integrate technology into the curriculum effectively. - Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Assist in the planning and execution of technology projects that enhance educational delivery. - Conduct training sessions for staff and students on new technologies and best practices. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with the school's strategic goals. - Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference.
