Role: HR & Contracts Executive (0–1 Yr Experience)
Location: Bangalore - M G Road (WFO)
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred
Education: Graduation - B.Com/BBA/LLB/PGDMS (MBA HR or Certification in HR/Contracts/Corporate Law preferred)

Join our dynamic team to support end-to-end HR operations and contract management with a strong focus on compliance, documentation, and legal accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR processes: onboarding, exits, records, audits
Ensure labor law & policy compliance
Draft/review contracts (NDAs, SOWs, vendor/client agreements)
Track contract timelines, risks, and obligations
Coordinate with legal, finance & business teams
Drive employee engagement & HR reporting

What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills (mandatory)
Strong understanding of compliance, contracts, and HR policies
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Proficient in MS Office; exposure to HRIS/contract tools preferred
