in Health SystemsJSPH is looking to appoint faculty members to conduct teaching and research in the following areas Global Health with focus on Global Health Security Health Management and Global Health Governance Human Development with focus on Capabilities Approach Health Systems and Health Economics and Financing Positions We are hiring at all levels which includes Associate Professors Assistant Professor Lecturers Role and Responsibilities The faculty member will be expected to teach undergraduate graduate courses conduct research mentor students and engage in school and university level activities The faculty will also oversee internship programmes as well as other activities seeking to improve the scholarship and leadership skills of the students The faculty will be expected to engage in scholarly research program in their field of expertise that could involve undergraduate students We are especially interested in candidates who have demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work effectively with an increasingly diverse group of students and colleagues Qualification Experience A doctorate in a relevant discipline at the time of application Ph D ScD DrPH in Public Health Global Health International Public Health International Relations International Health Management Medical Anthropology Health Economics Epidemiology Health Systems Human Development Philosophy Political Science or other appropriate fields Proven track record of high-quality research demonstrated through publications in field of global health public health and human development Experience of successful research acquisition and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams Commitment to serving a culturally diverse student body Willingness to contribute in institution building Preference will be given to candidates with experience in research or interventions with specialized agencies international development organizations grassroots organizations and or teaching multi- and interdisciplinary courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and or have experience in online and
